Chapter 2 - Rejection
The man that slashes his sword at me doesn't get much time to regret it. I step back to avoid his sword and then brutally claw him with a swift strike. My claws dig deep in his stomach, and before he can even recover, I swipe him with my other hand, throwing him a few feet away.
I see the Drow join me in the battle, not hesitating an instant to attack another of the half-elves with a sparkly, deadly purple ray of dark energy. The foe doesn't see it coming and is blasted away by the strike. His front burnt to a crisp, he falls down and doesn't get up.
The remaining aggressor sneaks behind my current ally, and strikes.
Chapter 1 - Unusual Village Visitor
Some may think I am some kind of stupid monster, not able to think by himself, and that only acts listening to his instincts. It may have a part of truth, who knows? I'm probably dumb, yes, but not as much as people think when they judge me only by seeing me. Of course, I'm a Gargun; I'm an eight foot tall bear-like beast with a barely human stature. I'm mostly made of strong muscles and I have big, deadly claws at the tip of each finger and toe. I can understand that some people just stereotype me as a mindless brute.
